A group of students in Hoke High School’s Career and Technical Education program passed the FAA drone pilot exam as part of the CTE’s drone program.
The Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate covers remote flight, mapping software, rules and regulations around flying drones, and more. Receiving the certification allows students to become commercial pilots within the drone industry, with class focuses on construction, agriculture, public safety, and cinematography.
